How we work
We measure twice. Before we quote, we come to your home and measure everything. We check your plumbing, your subfloor, your drain location. Surprises during demo are how budgets blow up — we do the homework up front so the price we quote holds.
We waterproof like it matters. In Florida, it does. Humidity finds every shortcut. We use full membrane waterproofing systems on every shower — walls and pan — not just a coat of paint-on sealer and a prayer.
We tile like craftsmen. Straight lines. Tight joints. Patterns that line up. Lippage-free floors. Tile work is visible every single day, so we treat it as the finish carpentry of the bathroom.
We clean up. Demo is messy. We contain the dust, protect your floors and hallways, and leave the jobsite broom-clean every evening. You live in your home while we work — we respect that.
What we won't do
- Quote a price without seeing your bathroom.
- Start work without the required permits.
- Skip the flood test on the shower pan. Every pan gets tested before tile goes on. No exceptions.
- Surprise you with change orders. Your written price stands unless you change the scope.
